Shoulder Pain

So.. right when I start getting to a decent level strength wise, I feel a shoulder injury starting to come on. When I am doing heavy standing presses for instance, when I bring the weight down I can feel a pain in my posterior part of the shoulder. I was wondering what people do when they start to feel the onset of the injury as in maybe ice it, skip a week, etc.. any insight appreciated.
 
Shoulder injuries SUCK. Go light on your shoulder and rehab it until it feels 100% better. Fix it before its to late
 
Get an MRI ASAP! I had The same thing , 20 moths ago and am injured! You need an MRI it could be torn, and tearing more. Do you have insuranse? please say yes.
