Shoulder pain after Test pin in quad

Had my first pin of my test and nandrolone cycle.

Maybe it's unrelated but a few hours later hit the gym and bang, shoulder was tight as fuck.
Wandering if any of you bros have had it or If it's unrelated.

Either shoulder an back massage Friday. Ahaha

That has nothing to do with your injection, were u working out shoulders ? Try warming up a bit more with light weights .
