Shoulder & Joint pain

Cardinal Slin

New member
Hi all.

I am currently on 5iu daily post workout of slin, 2-3 iu daily of gh and 50mcg daily of t3.

I am also on 20mgs daily of nolvadex, supplementing with electrolytes and a vitamin/mineral tab x2 daily as well as 3grams of vitamin c. I am also on Dymaburn 2 tabs pre workout. I am doing weights and 30mins of cardio once the workout is over.

I am drinking a lot a lot of water, about 8 litres a day.

My problem is with my joints (from a lack of estrogen from previous letro which has just been stopped). In particular my right shoulder and my left elbow. I understand gh is also adding to the joint issues and perhaps the t3 as well.

Perhaps the insulin will help along with the creatine in aiding in comforting the joints again but is there anyone that has been on gh before that suffered from this problem and found a solution to it?

How well does glucosamine help?

Any input would be much appreciated because I recently finished a cycle and if I don't keep up lifting, then I am gonna weaken and lose some muscle and the training is currently being effected by the joint pain.

Thanks

For supps I recommend Gluc/Cond/MSM, Cissus, Fish oil.

For Gear, 200mg Deca 100mg Monday 100mg Thurs. You will get shut down but that easy to remedy with a little Test, Proviron and Caber. Don't know how that works with Slin tho.
But I promise your joints will be pain free.

Thanks HalfCenturian - unfortunately I have just come off a cycle so definitely cannot take anything that will prevent my recovery.

I will get some more supplements - is there an amount of glucosamine where too much is bad?

I'm a firm believer that too much of anything is bad. I would just start with what it says on the bottle...then make small adjustments from there.

Thanks for the reply.

I definitely agree but if you take a trip to any health store - you can pick 10 different brands of the same product and each one will tell you to take a different dose

I take 2 capsules (750 mg each) 3 times per day with meals plus fish oil 3x per day. I'm sure I piss most of this out (as with many vitamins/minerals), but I can tell you I had severe tendonitis in both shoulders a year ago and today they've never felt better.

Thanks rage.

Kidd73, do you mind me asking how long it took before you started noticing differences?

Thanks

Honestly bro at first it didn't help at all, but that was my fault. I was taking supplements but still over-training my shoulder (flat bench & military press). I dont know how bad your shoulder is so its hard for me to say how long it will take.
I noticed a difference taking the glucosamine & fish oil after about 3 months of rehab exercises along with supplements.
Oh yeah, and if it hurts "don't do it!!!"

Go online and shop there. I take Super Cissus 3/day.
L-Glutamine 1500mg before and 1500mg after working out.
Same with Ultimate Nutrition Amino 2000. Elite K Kre-Alk.
Krill oil, Fish oil / 3 times a day. I have no joint issues,
even with 300+ pounds on knees, shoulders, wrists, elbows.
Don't forget to drink alot of water. Treat your connect tissue
with TLC. Without strong CT your muscles are worthless.

Fish oil in the liquid form, not gel caps, works wonders for lubricating your joints
be sure to warm up properly and dnt overtrain now that you are off
lower the volume but keep up the intensity
obviously stay way from exercises that hurt

Buy the Carlson's Finest brand in Lemon flavor. It is the best I have found. Take a teaspoon with each meal. This in itself will work wonders. Also pick up some cissus. I have a shit ton of it in powder form and it tastes like drinking an ash tray so look for the capsules in bulk.

Any of your glucosamine/chondrite supps are going to take at least a couple of months to start doing any kind of magic for your joints, and that is only if your body is lacking in calcium, vit D. The GH should start to help aleviate some of your joint pain after a month or two of use at 3iu a day. Also, low dose of deca, 200mg a week will increase synovial fluid in the bursas of all your joints and give some relief. But remember that deca is not a cure, only a temporary fix, so be careful when you lift while on deca as you will not feel the warning signs of your body talking to you in the form of joint pain...??? I have seen more people hurt themselves on deca than any other compound, besides tren, because they dont feel their joints hurt while exceeding their bodies limits. Just my .002

Thanks Southerlord, Nickster, HalfCenturian

Deca is not an option but I got some Glucosamine Chronditin (sp) with MSM in liquid form as well as fish oil. I have cut down the t3 from 50mcg to 12.5mcg. I have also upped my electrolyte intake slightly and added it in to my creatine/dextrose drink with my insulin shot. My elbow is feeling better but shoulder still sore - I reckon and hope this will be over in a few weeks!

I cannot train chest and shoulders as it is!

All I can train is abs, legs, biceps, triceps and forearms!

This isn't good considering I just came off a cycle :(
