Should I up calories?

Right now I am running 30 mg dbol and 500 mg test cyp a week. Im starting for my 4th week and im up 20 pounds! great news but I havent been gaining insanely like I was before. I want to only make lean gains so should I up my caloric intake or am I doing fine? Last week I think I gained maybe one pound have my gains slowed down because it was all water retention from the dbol, and should I start gaining again in the next week or so because the test will kick in?
 
is that the reason I am not gaining? Should I be able to gain even on just the dbol if my cals are good?

20 lbs in 4 weeks IS GREAT :eek2:

I dont know how much more you expect but you have to remember that you can only gain SO MUCH at a time...
I would say what you have achieved already is pretty damn good :)

Exactly what he said.ARE YOU ON CRACK?Wish I could see the scale go up 20 lbs in 4 weeks on doses that low given that its muscle and water and not fat. ;)

IMO when I see guys gaining 20-30 lbs. on a cycle AND keeping it afterwards it tells me that they had NOT exhausted their natural ability FIRST and THAT is why they gained so much...
NO ADVANCED athlete is going to make those kinds of gains and keep them :o

Shit I remember back in highschool kids that were like 18 would do cycles of like 200mg test a week and put on like 30lbs lol EVERY1 in the whole school knew who the juicers were lol.Fucking kids on the wrestling team would be wrestling at 145 lean and mean then theid come back senior year like at 180 lol.

LoL the worse part was that back in those days there was no PCT so youd see them like a month after the cycle and they were smaller than when they started so it was ridiculous lol. :worried:
 
Dive into a big supply of peanut butter, cottage cheese, and walnuts if you need to snack. That'll pile on the calories and good ones too.
 
I cant get myself to eat that natty pb would it be ok to use regular? yea i know 20 pounds is great! just want to keep going. At the very least a pound a week
