Should I tell my girlfriend that she looks almost exactly like a pornstar??

My girlfriend is a fairly conservative woman, catholic and kinda innocent and very "sheltered".

We've gotten looks before, but I just chaulked(sp?) it up to her being attractive and exotic looking.

I was just browsing the pictures of women section and it hit me...she looks just like Tera Patrick.
