Should i take steroids or not?

Hi i am 31 years old, 1,75m 95 kg and started to go at the gym 6 months ago. I want to start my first cycle and i am thinking to take Deca durabolin 300 mg/week+dianabol 30mg/day and PCT Proviron. Please help i don t know how long should be my first cycle and my PCT or any sugestions Thank you !
 
buddy you are not even close to being ready for steroids.

you need to be training for years not months.
steroids at this point will be a total waste and dangerous.

get your body in shape through diet and training...diet, trainging and quality supplements will get you there.

do not use deca and dbol right now and proviron is nothing to do with pct.

hit the diet and training forums here on EF.
 
you don't need steroids right now. you are still new to lifting.. as columbus said learn the basics first. learn how to lift, learn how to eat etc.

I lifted for 13 years before taking steroids

steroids are overrated, newbs think they can just take them and magically look like Ronnie Coleman overnight.. it doesn't work like that. its all about hours in the gym.. training your body. food. those guys all have been lifting since they were teens and have put in years and years in the weightroom.. their diets are solid, they work ethic is sick.. they know their bodies from top to bottom..

now no one on here is a pro bodybuilder, we are 95% gym rats and we use steroids to help us do well in local bodybuilding competitions, or break a PR on our bench, or just look big in the gym... whatever the reason is we all have enough knowledge and experience to juice responsibly and safely.

yes steroids will take you to another level.. but if you are still at level 1 and go to level 2 did you really improve? no... wait till you hit level 10 and use steroids to go to level 12 otherwise its pointless. right now you should focus on killing it in the gym ... read my 2 links below.. one on bulking diet, and one on a good simple workout split.. that will help you a lot

Put it this way mate, if you had to ask this question then you're not ready. No offense but 6 months training you are no where near. Plus you need to sort your diet and regime to maximise its effectiveness. Also that cycle, sorry to say it but who ever put that together has no idea about cycles. Deca only cycle with a dbol kick is bad! Never take Deca on its own otherwise you might find you pecker will never get hard again. Also Proviron is not adequate PCT. Dont mean to sound like im having a go, just dont want you to try this and suffer. try some pro hormones or something if you desperatly want to try it.
 
everyone has given you great information... you are nowhere near ready... your first cycle idea is a terrible idea for a first cycle... you also have not been training anywhere near close enough to the amount of time you need to have been to run a cycle... start working on your training and diet and get on something consistent for a few years before you even consider it...
 
The only thing you need right now is good hard training and a good diet, and you will make some great gains being this new to everything with only a few months training experience.

Later on down the road when you have built a great base with diet and training you may be able yo go to the next level after acquiring enough knowledge
 
You're plans are obviously spur of the moment... You have been in the gym for almost no time at all. You probably don't have your diet, rest, or workout where they need to be and you are wondering while you are not seeing results. So you think: STEROIDS. No no no no no.... bad idea. You are stepping into territory that you don't understand and you ARE going to mess up your body. You only get one body, don't waste it.

The only reason you are not seeing results is because you are holding yourself back. Close your eyes, visualize the body you want to achieve, and go get it. This process shouldn't be done in the gym right before a set, because that is not where the magic happens. This should be done in the morning when you are getting ready to devote yet another day to sculpt your body through perfect diet, the correct supplements, perfect amounts of rest, and a mind-blowing workout to FORCE your muscles to grow. You just have to force your body to get results.

That is why I think the mind-body connection is not mentioned enough in bodybuilding. With the right mind-muscle connection, amazing lifts are possible with amazing results. You need to learn to communicate with your muscles and keep your mind from holding you back. Every day and everything you do all day should circulate around building muscle.

I understand your eagerness, but I busted my butt day in and out in the gym 5 days a week, sometimes 4 hrs at a time, was it worth it to overtrain and sacrifice those few pounds of muscle, probably so, but doing that instilled a drive and determination that i wouldn't have today, would i do it again? absolutely so, but that doesn't mean you have to follow in my footsteps, Take a pitcureof yourself now and another one a yr later, see the new muscle growth? this is your foundation, this is what makes steroids work, check my profile out ,notbad for someone whos 60 yrs old huh?
you need to also eat foods that will stimulate muscle growth.

You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some protein in each., You can do this by eating clean whole foods,not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.

Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
Not only are dairy foods -- like milk, cheese, and yogurt -- excellent sources of Protein but they also contain valuable calcium. Choose skim or low fat dairy to keep bones and teeth strong, prevent osteoporosis, and enhance weight loss.

Eggs
Eggs are one of the least expensive forms of Protein. The American Heart Association says normal healthy adults can safely enjoy an egg a day.

Beans
One-half cup of beans contains as much Protein as three ounces of broiled steak. Plus, these nutritious nuggets are loaded with fiber to keep you feeling full for hours.

Pork Tenderloin
This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.

Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.

Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.

Protein on the Go
Grab a meal replacement drink, cereal bar, or energy bar. Check the label to be sure the product contains at least six grams of Protein, and is low in sugar and fat.
