Should i stay natural or not?

Hello everyone

I'm looking to take my training to a higher level, ive been training for 4 years and have gained quite some pounds of muscle in the process. I was wondering if it would be better to immediately go for PH or at least try some kind of natural testosterone booster, as i have never tried boosters before?

I know anabolics would help me out but im trying to abstain from using them as long as i can, but then again would i benefit of test boosters at my 22 years of age?

Stats:
22yo, 6', 185pounds, bf 12-14%; ecto-meso
Basic every day stack:
multi-vit e/d
2gr fish oil caps e/d
CEE 5gr e/d
Whey and dextrose post workout

If i would go the hormonal route, I momentarily have M1T and nolvadex on hand (still have to get the support supplements, would plan on running 10mg for 3 weeks).
But I really wonder if there are any decent test boosters out there.

I have heard of Activate Xtreme and MassFX and they seem like pretty good products, or is it all mainly placebo?



LONG STORY SHORT: Should i try a NATURAL test booster before hopping onto PH's? If so which product would you recommend?

At your age I would switch up training routines,increase traing intensity and increase calorie intake.
 
At 22 your natural test levels are still great unless you have previously fucked with AS. Natrual test boosters aren't going to do much when your test is pretty much still at its peak. Skip that its a waste of money as far as I am concerned (this is coming from someone who threw $$$$ out the window on all of them).

Whats your diet? I think you can still add a lot of mass naturally if your only at 185 12-14% like you say. At six foot that is pretty damn lean.

Crank your calorie intake up to 3k-cals a day for a few months with clean foods, switch up your lifts with something like Madcow 5x5 and watch the scale start tripping balls.

Great advice here. Amp your diet up and eat , eat , eat .. Remember , your producing more natural Test now than you ever will in your life. Take advantage of this time by training hard and revamp your diet for gaining weight. Eat every 3 to 4 hours, you should be eating a gram of protein per your body weight per day and more. All you need to do to break this plateau is EAT , TRAIN < EAT. Good luck

At 22 all you need is some adjustement in DIET,,TRAINING,,REST and alot of DEDICATION!! Save the AAS for later.
 
only you can answer that. we all say yes, you still might want to, who's going to win that vote? you.
we all say no, but you're scared of needles, again, you'll win that vote. your call.
