The first question you guys are going to ask me is what my goals are. I started off thinking I just wanted to get in shape and build a nice, lean physique which would give me a six pack. Now I am thinking I would like to add some size also.
I am 6 feet tall and weigh 176 with a BF of about 17% according to the scale. When i started three months ago my gym told me I was 18%. At that time, I was a long way away from seeing my abs.....I can see them now and I can even count to six on them (when they are flexed and I bend slightly forward). It seems as though I have lost a lot more fat than just 1%. My arms especially are really ripped.
Should I keep cutting to lower my BF or do you think I should start bulking?
