Should I start bulking or keep cutting?

The first question you guys are going to ask me is what my goals are. I started off thinking I just wanted to get in shape and build a nice, lean physique which would give me a six pack. Now I am thinking I would like to add some size also.
I am 6 feet tall and weigh 176 with a BF of about 17% according to the scale. When i started three months ago my gym told me I was 18%. At that time, I was a long way away from seeing my abs.....I can see them now and I can even count to six on them (when they are flexed and I bend slightly forward). It seems as though I have lost a lot more fat than just 1%. My arms especially are really ripped.

Should I keep cutting to lower my BF or do you think I should start bulking?
 
scales are immensly innaccurate. they are based on averages which is retarded. its basically guessing yer BF%. as for your question. being 6 foot im guessing you have a semi-good sized frame. being 176 im guessing its not filled out. if i were you i would bulk up to like 225 or even 240. just a very long bulk session. then the next time you cut itll be easier to lose fat cuz you will have tons more muscle then you do now.
 
I'm the exact same size as you(weighed in at 176 this morning and am right at 6') and I'm also trying to decide whether to bulk or cut. Right now I'm just eating healthy and steadily building muscle but not at a rate I would if I was doing an all out bulk. I also do about 4 days of cardio a week. I guess both of them are just too extreme for my tastes right now. I'm happy with where I'm at gaining little by little. The decision is totally up to you and how you want to look.
