should i split my shots ?

ok on eq should i split my shots to every 4th day or just go once EW like lets say every sunday.... would one way be more effective than another or would it all be the same?

alright you can do e4d injections or you can just keep it simpla at once a week. Your gains wont change a bit. If anything i would say 1 a week or every mon-thur.
