Should I re-up my r-ALA

What Should I do now??

Well i'm 1/2 way through my second bottle from AF store, and i'm not sure what to do next. The r-ALA does make me feel better after meals, but i'm not sure i'm seeing results. With only 2 bottles i know its hard to tell, but i haven't been blown away yet. I am 19 years old, M, used to have a weight problem. From the view of the mirror i have become a LITTLE trimmer around the abs, but not sure if i can attribute that to the r-ALA or my workout. From the view of the scale i am back to where i started, 205. I fluctuated between 202 and 208, and I am 16% bf. Unfortunately i dont know what i was when i started, how do you guys measure??
Anyway, im not sure if i should buy 2 more bottles of this stuff or switch off to some Racemic ALA and compare it. Are the sides that annoying?? I really would hate being lethargic all day! BTW, while i got your attention which ALA is yuor fav?
 
well it's like this, r-ala is T totaly good for you. who really knows if the s-ala is? I have three bottles of the mix, but I didn't take them after I found out . you got to look at the big picture. s-ala is cheaper, but at what cost if you know what I mean. stay with
r-ala.

the mix made me lethargic, bar none. well, now that I think about it, I was taking 1-ad as well. Maybe the combo did it. I can't compare because I have not taken the r-ala yet.
 
ok, new quesiton, would there be a difference in lethargy if i took it straight S and not mix???
Come to think of it, which kind do you guys reccomend for weight loss??? I have heard that the R and S cancel each other out, but that is still very argumentative.
