so I am noticing when I stretch or when I do heavy weight training that my joints feel very dry. I'm wondering if I should start supplementing with omegas to help with this?
or am I better off just getting them from my Foods instead? I'm not sure if fish oil would be a wise choice because I think I have seafood allergies
Not only getting more Omega 3's but also reducing Omega 6's. There is a ratio that needs to be maintained and just adding more 3's will not do the job.
