Anyway guys I'm not sure if i am ready to take them yet, cause im only 19 years old(will be 20 at end of july) So waht im really meaning to ask is should I wait another year or so or should I do it now...?? Well here are my stats im 5'9'' 19yrs old 190 lbs @ 10-12% bf. I can bench 295 for one rep on bench press, maybe 300 havent tried it yet.. I dead lift 315 for a set of 6, leg press 2x7plates for a set of 10. shoulder press 165x4 . Anyway I'm pretty well developed in these areas but my weak points are lower back, lats, and mid back and some what bi's. My worst is definatley LATs though. Anyway I'm just trying to give you some info on me to see what you think. Cause HIghIntesity my training partner wants me to go on a Fina cycle with him for 6 weeks before summer.... SO should I or what ?? I have been training, for around 5 years now, except one year i kind of lost focus with a torn ACL from a lacrosse accident. Anyway let me know what you guys think. CAuse i want your advice about fina and if i should wait and all that good stuff. Anyway thanks alot guys peace.

come on guys someone reply to this thread! ALL im asking is for some advice from some experience.

I'd really appreciate it if someone would give it a thought for me.
 
I apologize for the rude members that didn't reply to your post in the 11 minutes it was posted.

If you're unsure on whether or not you should do AAS you probably shouldn't.
 
i did tell him if hes unsure don't do it...just give hime some good advice...

plus i think the toxic rumors of fina are overrated, im very well read in everything...and of course hell be doing

wait a few years bro looks like you are doing just fine with out them gain some more weight and plan out what you are gonna cycle to the t,, and in the next two years buy all you will need as antie clomid supp two years and you will have time to get bigger naturally and plane the perfect cycle for yourself and fina is not good at all for a first pin cycle it is eod or ed injections and takes getting use to so give it afew more years
 
thanks alot guys I really appreciate it. O and sorry if i did sound alittle impatient. I'll be honest with you I was but only because of all this college shit, exams every week, projects, quizzes etc. etc. AND on top of all that I have been trying to research Fina and other types of gear but I have had no type.. Also I wasnt sure if you guys would give me any advice cause i am still kind of a newbie. I dont post much but i do come on alot to read but my main areas so far have been, diet, supplement and training boards. I guess its time to concetrate on this board for a while. Anyway thanks again guys i aprreciate it, and sorry if i came across as a dick..

I would hang and learn more. Don't just jump on and follow someone else's decision out of greed for some quick gains (I've never seen this work positively for anyone).

Regarding your training-

Lats:
chins, chins w/ weight, bent rows (strict)

Back:
Deads (each rep from floor, deweight bar each time, no rapid fire reps or bouncing on work sets)
Good mornings (heavy try to get up to 225 for reps)

Bi's: All the back work will help - just do lots of rows, chins, and curls while trying to add weight/reps

General:
You better be squating and not just on that damn legpress.

(incidentally, never quote legpress lifts as that makes serious lifters instantly categorize you as a puss even if you are moving tons).

Dude he knows how to lift, he does everything you mentioned but thanks..im his training partner and a PT

he just needs time on back

second his knee makes heavy squates useless

I get leary of anyone who quotes legpress so I generally assume the worst. If you have him doing the above then the program is most likely solid - too bad about the knee, mine are bad but squats hurt much less than the LPress which is a good thing if I had to choose one. In many cases a PT certification doesn't guarantee anything. Many of the worst programs I've seen were compiled by personal trainers.
