Should I keep my workout the same when im off?

Im finsihing up a 12 week cycle of 500mg sust and 50mg var.

I realy like the gains I got and want to keep them. Got some solid strength and im more vasculer than ever (hope to get more when some of the bloat goes away?).

My current routine is mon-thurs on with about 15-20 min cardio each day.
Friday sometimes I do a qwk light workout
sat and sun off


Will my body be able to keep up when im off ?
Should I do fewer exercises, less reps?


Or keep everything the same and hope for the best......
 
you can try, but i've always found that motivation is a lil low for me. i'm still in the gym as often but those extra sets, forced reps, overall pump just aren't the same for a few weeks off cycle. it takes me bout a month to get renewed vigor when off cycle. at least try and keep up the cardio, and good diet cause that fat tends to creep up when off cycle
 
Try to select lighter exercises for the next 4 weeks, then you can go back to your normal thing routine after the 4 weeks.
 
I would say keep up the same intensity; With proper PCT protocol you can keep doing the same excercises (maybe not as good as while your on) but try your best to push yourself to the limit. This way you can maintain more muscle mass and strength - although you might lose some
