Im finsihing up a 12 week cycle of 500mg sust and 50mg var.
I realy like the gains I got and want to keep them. Got some solid strength and im more vasculer than ever (hope to get more when some of the bloat goes away?).
My current routine is mon-thurs on with about 15-20 min cardio each day.
Friday sometimes I do a qwk light workout
sat and sun off
Will my body be able to keep up when im off ?
Should I do fewer exercises, less reps?
Or keep everything the same and hope for the best......
