Should I Increase Arimidex Dosage?

Bros,
I'm in week 3 of my 10 week Test Cypionate only first cycle, 400mg/week.

Started arimidex at .5mg EOD in week 2. Also taking propecia 1mg ED.

I notice itchy nipples after my morning shower.

Today I noticed a slight pain under my right nipple. Worried about gyno...

Should I increase my arimidex dosage?

It's not terrible. I'm actually thinking it might be paranoia.

I have Arimidex and Nolvadex. Doctor prescribed for TRT.
Purchased from local pharmacy; it's the real deal.

I'm not willing to drop the propecia, but I can up the Arimidex if you think it's necessary.

I also have Nolvadex, but am counting on it for my PCT.

Please advise, I'm concerned at this point...

I would just grab some anavar and maybe try some EQ and see if it makes you shed as well. Primo can cause shedding for a lot of people so that's out.
Deca isn't androgenic by itself and causes other problems. If you could get letro I would give that a shot. Letro and nolva hurt the effectiveness of eachother if taken together BTW. Found this on the interwebs.

Paranoia about gyno is real easy to get.

Are you prone to male pattern baldness? Is that why you're using Proscar? I wouldn't use the stuff unless I needed it for sure. Alot of guys don't have hair loss issues on test. I know I don't. Test will only increase it if you are already prone.

Everyone is different. Sometimes I think my nips might be getting itchy, but then realize I have been subconsciously focusing on them more than normal.

If they don't hurt consistently, aren't poofier than normal, aren't lactating lol then you're probably ok.

If you're paranoid I would take 20mg Nolva for 2-3 days and keep the arimidex at the same dose. I'm actually surprised you are using .5m eod for 400mg, standard is around .25mg eod for up to like 500mg I believe.

Just keep a close eye. I would buy some Letrozole at some point. That way if you ever do legitimately get some gyno you can drop your estro practically to zero for a few days and bomb it with nolva. Least that is what I have heard alot of guys have done.

P.S. Unless you are really concerned about poofiness on cycle it's better to not take ai's unless you need to. I was using Proviron and I believe at 50mg a day it was dropping my estrogen too low. Got off the stuff and while I have had minor bloat from the test off it it's very reasonable. A certain amount of estrogen is good because it is anabolic in itself.

I should clarify why I'm using Propecia:

I've never experienced any shedding myself, I'm 22 years old.

Paranoid about AAS sides, so thought that taking Propecia and Arimidex could reduce the sides. Is my logic flawed?

I appreciate your input, as I'm unsure what to do at this point...

I have not had gyno. I've had paranoia on 500mg test e a week a few times without using ai. 20mg Nolva for 2 days here or there and was fine. This was just from feeling like my nips might be itchy abit.

Couple times on some chest shots the oil has migrated kinda near the nipple area and weirded me out abit, but the old raise arm over/behind head pose takes care of that. Nip is totally flat, nothing under it.

I've gotten a sharp very minor pain sensation in all parts of my body before. Just random shit for a second or 2 every once in awhile. Could be anything. Has happened on nip before. Doesn't necessarily mean anything.

Since MPB and prostate is a concern I would keep on the Proscar then and use 20mg Nolva for 1-2 days.

I might actually drop to .25mg eod with the arimidex. I can't see needing .5mg eod on 400mg, but then again we are all different.

I'm pretty sure arimidex at .25mg eod will reduce estrogens levels by a solid 40-50%.

You might try going without the proscar for a week in a couple days. Monitor your typical shower hair loss for the next 2 days and then try going without for a week and see if you notice legit increased shedding.

One last thing. People are getting too caught up on ai's on cycle nowadays it seems. Unless you know you suffer severe bloat/BP issues without them or know you get nip itchyness I would go without, but have on hand.

I'd probably only seriously consider using arimidex at .5mg eod if I was on like 750-1gram test a week.

Having a certain amount of estrogen bloat in itself is anabolic. I know from the past having used Letro even in small doses has drastically reduced my estrogen to the point where I had a real blah mood all the time and troubles with the johnson and had to come off it.

I'll keep the Arimidex at the low dose I've got it on.

In terms of the propecia, I'm thinking to go off propecia entirely for 7 days, as an experiment. If I experience any reason to go back on Propecia, I will get on half the dose I'm on now.

Ghettostud, I'm curious about the "gyno pose" you are referring to; Is there anything specific I need to be looking out for?

There is no magic gyno pose, but if I even think my nip is feeling itchy just put the hand on the same side as the nip behind your head and flare your elbow out. Sorta like an ab pose.

This stretches out and flattens the pec so you can get a real critical look and feel.

Honestly though I really don't worry about the shit up to 500mg a week. I haven't done more than 500 a week nor plan to for a good while until I need it and/or my lifts have gone up ALOT.

I look once twice a day in the mirror maybe just for visual, but I think you would KNOW if you really were getting gyno. Pain, tenderness, swelling and/or a noticeable lump under your nip.

Like I said before I have had oil migrate close to the nip area from a chest shot in the past and it weirded me out cuz it puffed up the nip area abit, but there was no pain or lumps under the nip so I kept my paranoia in check and within 4-5 days the oil cleared out and all was well.

That was the closest to thinking I had gyno, but again I knew that I wasn't getting the real symptoms and afterward realized it was the chest shot itself.

I'm genetically cursed.

I find that as little as 10mg tamoxifen a day can keep the gyno away on most cycles. Sometimes it takes some stronger stuff though.
