Should I Get It

I just ordered ala from a store by me but i'm not sure if it r-ala or s-ala...I hear that r-ala is better because you only have to take 1/3 dossage.....Should I get the bottles I ordered if it's s-ala (ALA) or should I order s-ala....If so where are some good sites to go??

most stores have the 50/50 mix. The AF store is the only place i know that has the R-type ALA.

so what you think that I should do...how can I tell if it's r-ala, or it's mixed......what will it say

Call and ask them. If it's 's' , take it back and get the 'r'
