Pullum Sports in the UK has a 182.5kg Eleiko set for £2217 inc VAT (~$4200). And that's just a training set!

For that kind of money, I'd want the gold plated bar.

I was looking at this cheapo set from Bodypower at £349 ($660) for 160 Kilos (352 pounds)

I noticed the bar and will probably get one soon. I want to see how I fare with what I've already ordered first since anything more would put me up a little higher than I wanted to spend today.

I'd probably do it, and then you'll always have it. If there were a good gym with bumpers etc in the area, I'd probably blow the money on a trip.....however, the home gym, when done properly is really an awesome investment.

You can really go wild with this stuff. Do you have an adjustable bench? I may just get flat one since I hardly ever incline. Not that I wouldn't in the future.

Dynamic Eleiko has an office not too far from me but they only handle the addidas part. The real Eleiko stuff is East Coast. Woulda been sweet if I could just drive down and pick up my stuff.

Have you seen the Yorks on Ironmind's site? Big bloopy things that I guess you can put metal plates inbetween them.
