Hey guys, I want to know what you think. I’ve been doing Deadlifts as part of my ham/lowback/glute workout, I alt between rack deads and SL each week. After deads I do a couple of sets of leg curls to finish my Hams off.
I’ve been thinking of adding good mornings to my routine, maybe doing them every other week. I was thinking I’d do Rack DL or SLDL, then Good mornings one week, and then do the other type of DL with leg curls on the next week.
Do you think DLs then GMs will be too much in one workout? Do you think this is an overall good approach for training Hams/lowback/glutes?
BTW I also do hyperextensions and /or reverse hyperextensions after DLs.
My split:
Day 1 Chest/Bis/Calves
Day 2 Quads/Traps/Abs
Day 3 off
Day 4 Back/Tris/Calves
Day 5 Hams/Delts/Abs
Day 6 off
Day 7 off
Thank you,-john
