Should I be worried

I am in extreme pain after 2cc sustanon in left quad (2nd day after). I can hardly stand up much less walk. What can I do / take to curve this pain - this is miserable.

Don't want to sound too much like a pussy but this shit hurts and I'm worried there might be something wrong - the pain seems to radiate from my hip to my knee. There aren't any lumps /bumps/bruises but damn it hurts.

Nothing to worry about, Sus shots in the quad are a mutha fucka. It'll get better though. You'll learn after a few shots where your less sensitive spots are.

For me motrin at 600mg really helps!!! The pain is normal, especially when you shot sust into the quads. That is something I only did once and learned my lesson, my body does not like it!!!!!!! I always shot sust into the glute, now!! Much easier to deal with the pain if any in that location..

What you describe shouldn't be anything to worry about. Do as the other bros said to tough this out, and stick to the glutes from now on. There are a few ways to reduce the pain:

1) mix some eq. or deca in with the sust. This helps a lot.

2) Heat up the juice (you can run hot water along the outside of the loaded syringe to do this). People have also suggested a heating pad on the injection site before the stick, I haven't tried this.

3) Massage the site after the inject. I use my hand and also an electric massager.

4) You may notice that more frequent but smaller volume injections result in much less soreness.

5) Inject very slowly, as slow as 1 minute per cc.

6) It seems to help if you exercise the muscle you injected immediately after the inject.

7) Post injection hot baths, jaccuzis, and heating pads seem to help.

8) Stretching seems to help a bit.
