I shot 1/2 a cc (about 62mgs) into my quad yesterday morning and I'm fine - it was the first shot too. I'm doing Winstrol Suspension from ProLabs which is 125mgs per cc. Try massaging the injection site a little after you shoot it, may help a little.
I don't know if I'm just being ignorant but any liquid juice is meant to fuckin shoot - if I wanted to swallow the shit I'd get the tabs. But hey... thats just me. Good luck bro
