shot in the quad

how much is too much to inject in one quad? is 3 cc's too much. i've been injecting 2 cc's of sustanon and 1 cc of deca in my glutes but it takes too long to do it and i start shakin real bad and end up bleeding. it would be much easier if i could do it in the quad.

or how about the delt...i've never done a delt injection...i'd like to try it.

also...i've seen them before...but can anybody tell me a site that demonstrates a delt injection. thanks.

Fu@K me don`t inject SUS in your delt as it`ll hurt so much you won`t sleep at night. I did it twice and will never do it again. I think 2cc is the max you should do in any one area. I always do shots in my quads.
