I've always kinda been a firm believer in short cycles (ends in 4 weeks) since all the gains seem to come at the beginning of a cycle. You can take cycles much sooner(like a few weeks) and don't crash as hard when you get off. Whats the benefits of going on longer 8,12, and 16 week cycles compared to the shorter ones? I've never done a straight through cycle longer than 6 weeks cause i always seem to hit a spot and just stay there.
