im with you bro, im 5'7" and while i dont weigh as much as you(217- 7.5%), i feel im a decent size for my height. and my wife thinks the same, so im happy. i would never want to go back to being skinny like i was when i started my bodybuilding endeavors(135). ive come a long way and have more to do.................
