That's BS. I've written multiple times on why people loose gains
I'm not saying one does....
I'm saying that's what I think he meant by the term "rollback phenomenon".

There are too many other factors involved. You could literally run the exact same stack twice and you will not gain or keep the exact same amount from them.
Not really, I didn’t notice more gains with short esters vs long, However I did notice with short esters I gained muscle more rapidly than Long esters
