shooting sus...

im currently on sistanon250 @ 500mg EW for 10 weeks. i shoot mon/thurs.


should i switch it to monday/wednesday/friday? would this be the most effective way to get the most out of it?


reason i ask is b/c im one of the few that shoot sus twice week....

I shoot EOD. Keeps levels more stable. Thats my personal preference, but its fine to do 2X a week if you dont want the extra pinning.
