shooting cold hcg

today will be the second hit of hcg. shoot it cold or load the syringe and let it warm up first? does it matter?

HCG should be kept in the refrigerator so it will be pinned while cold

Do not heat it, it can reduce its effectiveness.

It does feel odd going in cold though - not quite painful, but not natural. Then again nothing we do is natural so...
