Shocking Methods. . .

Does shocking the muscle with endless sets for hours really work, if used like once in a very long while? I read Arnold would go into the woods and squat and eat for hours. Iv read countless articles about just destroying a bodypart for like 2-3 hours straight would shock them into growth. What do you think?
 
You can't immitate the legends' routines. Arnold was an admitted steroid user. Steroid is an anti-inflammitory treatment. Your body can't come close to matching it with it's naturally occuring anti-inflammatorys. Sounds like a dead end to me. It will feel great after you do it, but it wont do anything, it's just chasing the pump.:o
 
want to shock your muscles? change your whole routine around, sets, reps, time between sets, cadence.... all that shit. if you're looking for some great workouts you never thought of go to www.testosterone.net

ignore all the ads and product hype, there are some serious workouts that will make you sore and/or puke.
