Dunno what it is, but I've lost the drive a bit this week. Didn't eat too much over the weekend, and was down a pound and a half when I weighed myself Monday.
Speaking of Monday, that was a shitty workout. Couldn't squat or do SLDLs, as a result of something in my back, most likely as a resuly of playing football the day prior.
This (combined with other, non-training-related crap) has put me in a shitty mood which I have not recovered from yet. I know I just gotta keep my head in the game, rehab, eat like an animal this week, and I'll be good to go real soon. Maybe I just needed to get this off my chest. Oh well. Hopefully I'll be repping some 315 deads tomorrow.
