uve got to run at least 20 minutes, but its great for reducing anxiety and pent up tension. After a good 20-25 minute jog, youll find it hard *not* to relax for at least a couple days after.

also, Garywary, an elite member, has said nothing but good things about inositol. Insitol, a glucose polymere, is beleived to be an unofficial neurotransmitter which partially induces relaxation. Alot of dudes around here say it works well.

i paid a therapist a bit of money over time for anger management techniques.

relaxation is a physical body response. anger is a physical body response to emotion as well. relaxation will actually phase out anger, literally.

when you get angry bro, your heart races, your mouth gets dry, your musces tense right? I bet if you looked into the mirror your pupils would look like you ate a few e pills. big big dilated pupils. these are all stress responses we were born with as a part of our fight or flight response.

to check your anger, lie on a bed and put your hand on your stomach. breathe deeply through your nose and raise your stomach. dont fill your lungs by breathing in the chest, try to fill your lungs with your diaphragm. fill it slowly until it cant possibly be filled any more.

then slowly release your breath through your mouth. when you do this, count "one" on the breath in, and "two" on the breath out. do this for ten minutes and try hard to keep your mind clear. if you cant, just focus most of your attention on your breathing.

if you do this every day (dont skip a day no matter how happy you are) you will begin to go into a deep form of relaxation. your life will generally be happier, easier to deal with bullshit, feel like youve got more control over your life. try it for 2 weeks, then post back to me bro- i swear on my life it works. if you dont beleive me, take some anger management courses, theyll tell you the same thing.

one thing: the only way it works is if you commit yourself to doing it. you got to really want to change your anger...

that sounds like some good advise, Ill give it a try but Im so absent minded at times that could be a problem, Ill give it a shot
