I am having a hard time here. . should I train in a T-Shirt or a sweatshirt. . . no intense controversy. . just need some help figuring out what I should wear this evening.
On a serious note, here is the battle plan for this evening:
1. Barbell Curls - 3 x 10
2. Behind the Back Wrist Curls - 3 x 10
3. Seated Toe Raises - (using Nelson Montanas and Needsizes methods)
4. Squats - 8 sets x either 3 or 5 reps
5. Leg Presses - 2 x 10
6. Stiff leg Deads - 3 x 10
Lower back is feeling great!!!
Using high volume with light to moderate weights has totally eliminated my aches and pains. . thumbs up for this.
Anyway, shoot around some additional training ideas.
