endpoint New member Sep 1, 2003 #4 they are common to people whos feet over pronate (roll in) or supinate (roll out). it also happens with increased training stress (volume) also muscle tightness, improper warm ups, lack of cushioning etc etc. I spend all day correcting this on many people
