shin splints!!!!!!!!

Many people like SofaGeorge who regally do sprints say that you must do them on grass to protect your shins, concrete will rip them apart. That’s all I know.
 
they are common to people whos feet over pronate (roll in) or supinate (roll out).

it also happens with increased training stress (volume)

also muscle tightness, improper warm ups, lack of cushioning etc etc.

I spend all day correcting this on many people
