Lately I've been having some serious pain in my wrist / forearm area,..feels like its in the bone like a Shin Splint. Really feel it when doing preacher curls (was using 120 & had to drop weight because of pain), and not on the pull so much but more when the weight is directly above the forearm vertically at a 90. Been sore like this for a couple of weeks now and switched things around a bit doing hammer curls which dont seem to bother me as much.
Anyone had any similar experience and what did you do?
( I know its been awhile since I've posted last,..been goin pretty hardcore here the past few months and haven't had much time to stop in and say WaaaaaZuuuuup!?! Have gained another 12 pounds and set a couple more PR's for myself since I've been away, a new Dead PR @ 430, and a new Bench PR @ 415 )
