Shin Splints from Anavar?

Lately ive been doing a lot of sprints and currently taking 60 mg of anavar w/ 50 mg proviron... Ive been experiencing really painful shin splints... Could this be caused by the Anavar?? Have had no history of shin splints prior to this..

I've heard of it but never happened to me , from dbol yes , prov and var nice !

Yes to that. Take in at least 16 cups..im in Canada so i wouldnt know whats equivalent to that in ounces. Do some solid stretching before sprints and when you get out of the shower. And while your watching TV, workout those shin sprints.

From personal exp, i always get shin splints matter what...damn flat feet. Just work through it...its always bad at first then it will slowly dissapear over time.
 
I always stretch, however, are there stretches geared specifically towards the shin that may help.... Ive been playing a lot of basketball and have a padded sol in my regular shoe (not in the basketball shoe) so Im guessing this could also add to the problem.. I have tried running in the regular shoe with the padded sol and it hasnt felt any different, so maybe not.

No thats about as good as it gets.
 
have u added alot of weight on your cycle?

if so thats probally the problem... but var alone doesnt add much mass.

are you taking anything else?

Might have added 5 pounds tops... 60 mg Proviron ED...

Do some research on working out those shin splints. Im a football player, so as soon as i throw on my cleats those damn shin splints appear. The trainers usually work them out by doing a deep rub with the palm of the hand. Its painful, but it works right away.

You should try taping before you play basketball. Check out the "High Arch" tape job, that will help.
 
I was a big Anavar fan until I developed some very nasty inflamed tendons around the Achilles tendon. I never thought AAS would cause this kind of problem until I looked a little deeper into the research. You can do all the stretching, bracing, icing and massaging you want… it won’t counter the inflammatory action of the AAS. The only way to fix this is to get off the Anavar.

Jesus - Do your wallet and the environment a favor and buy a refillable Nalge bottle and a Brita.
 
I had that problem with Tbol.

Needto is right about the water.

I also used taurine.
