sharp pain in testicles

I am about 8 weeks or so into a test/dbo cycle. i have dropped the dbol of course after week 4 i believe it was. right now my dosage is around 1g of enanthate a week w/ 20mg nolva, 25mg proviron ED and .5mg liquidex every 3rd day now. about a week ago i noticed that whenever i sneeze (i guess the strain) i get a god awful pain in my testicles. It will literally stop me in my tracks for 10-15 seconds. It's almost bad enough to bring tears to my eyes. Any ideas what this could be from???????

Well putting aside whatever effects the steriods may have (someone else may be able to say if the steriods can cause pain like that) and since it tends to occur when you sneeze it could be a varicocelle or hernia. Is it on both sides and do you feel any kind of mass or knot?

it is on both sides. i felt for any kind of abnormality but nothing i can tell.

hernia or blue balls, whichever it is I suggest you get it checked, EF is not a good place to get professional medical advice.

ohh. sorry bro, with the coughing sneezing factor that might be a hernia as mentioned, cause my balls ached like crazy for 4 weeks off my cycle, but it was a dull pain that i could deal with. serious question, does ejaculating help, cause if it does i believe you may have what i had, very common, otherwise see a doc bro. health first then gear

the thing is, i don't notice the pain any other time when im straining. i lift hard and heavy with no problems.. but it seems that if i am sitting down and i sneeze, it almost makes me cry.

ahh, that sneezing thing makes me nervous. man go in make sure its not a hernia or prostate, i forgot about that. are you on any pain pills by the way. just curious. i took vicodin for gallbladder removal and seriously made my balls sting like your staying, don't know why.

not on any pain pills. i will call the doc to get prostate checked tommorow

I would not EVEN try to diagnose testicular pain on a damn fitness forum...run your narrow ass to the doc with the quickness.
