sharp pain in testicles

I am about 8 weeks or so into a test/dbo cycle. i have dropped the dbol of course after week 4 i believe it was. right now my dosage is around 1g of enanthate a week w/ 20mg nolva, 25mg proviron ED and .5mg liquidex every 3rd day now. about a week ago i noticed that whenever i sneeze (i guess the strain) i get a god awful pain in my testicles. It will literally stop me in my tracks for 10-15 seconds. It's almost bad enough to bring tears to my eyes. Any ideas what this could be from???????

Well putting aside whatever effects the steriods may have (someone else may be able to say if the steriods can cause pain like that) and since it tends to occur when you sneeze it could be a varicocelle or hernia. Is it on both sides and do you feel any kind of mass or knot?

it is on both sides. i felt for any kind of abnormality but nothing i can tell.

hernia or blue balls, whichever it is I suggest you get it checked, EF is not a good place to get professional medical advice.

ohh. sorry bro, with the coughing sneezing factor that might be a hernia as mentioned, cause my balls ached like crazy for 4 weeks off my cycle, but it was a dull pain that i could deal with. serious question, does ejaculating help, cause if it does i believe you may have what i had, very common, otherwise see a doc bro. health first then gear

the thing is, i don't notice the pain any other time when im straining. i lift hard and heavy with no problems.. but it seems that if i am sitting down and i sneeze, it almost makes me cry.

From personal experience, I encountered the same thing anytime I coughed or sneezed. It's as painful as being kicked in the groin except that it's a sharper pain. My particular case was related to a Varicocele. However, there are at least 2 other possibilities which could be related as well. Regardless, you are now clearly aware of your problem. Do the smart thing, visit a Urologist to have a proper examination and diagnosis.
