Recently, my left forearm has been giving me some pain when lifting. I get this super painful throb especially when I release the weights after a set of curls.
I have taken 3 weeks off my routine to give it time to heal, but I am a little hesitant on when I should get back on my routine.
I did see a doctor 2 weeks ago and he said I might have pulled or torn a tendon from lifting, but he is not sure and there is no way he can tell at this point.
anyways.. this time off has been eating me up and I just wanted to know if anybody else has had this kind of pain and what should I do about it. I am the type of guy to say fuck it and work through it, but i dont want to fuck anything up in the long run you know. Any info or advice on what I should do is much appreciated.
btw.. I heard your tendons get weaker when on a cycle. This injury happened midway through mine. Is there a vitamin or supplement that will keep your tendons strong when juicin'?
