If while he swam the life guard slept and the shark bit we must aquit. Since the shark has no money and can't find an attorney to defend him there is no one else to sue but the life guards. Makes sense to me. I enter an ocean which I know has lots of things called fish and possibly sharks since they live here and my parents allow this. Than I get eaten and must sue for the injustice. It was the lifeguards fault or possibly the hot dog vendor. Go Johnny you make the system so great.
