Anyone here ever squat around 185/205/235/255 and after 4 sets of around 10-9-9-9 you go and do other areas of your legs..and you can get shaky? It seems its from exhustion and lack of calcium..anyone else see this on a hard leg day?
 
Yep, in fact my leg almost collapsed when I stepped off the curb onto the street coming out of the gym. I cracked myself up over being such a spazz :)
 
Amen to that! I'm always shaky after leg day. I've actually fallen over after heavy squats and then some pyramid leg extensions. I have to walk down stairs in the gym and then climb up into my FWD truck and I usually end up pulling with my arms to get into it.
 
About a month or so ago I finished up pretty rough leg day and walked out of the gym to discover that it the sky was POORING rain. I was parked at the back of the lot. I tried to run to my car, I really did. My legs moved a little faster than a brisk walking pace and would occasionally give out, causing my balance to be suspect. About halfway into my 'run' I started laughing at how pathetic the wobbly, slow movement of my legs were. It was a Special Olympics moment.
