Hey another question from my girl, she gunna have a shake after training what should she look at buying??? high protein low carb??? particular brand thats more suited to womens bodies???

thanks for any help

Post workout nutrition is the same as it is for men, just in smaller quantities as we usually don't weigh as much.

Just have her find a flavour of whey that she likes and mix it with skimmed milk post workout.

I prefer to get a low carb whey so I can use it at any time, and add in the carbs when I want them.

I find this is more versatile.

well, there are so many great weight loss shake Bodybuilding Supplements[/URL], shakes for health available in the market, you can chose any of them, or you can try google

I personally preffer low carb so I can have my carbs in whole foods.
I love Lean Body for her by Labrada. I mix it with a bit of water so the consistency is thick; add flax seed oil, mix. Yummy!

^^^yep.

If she is carb sensitive (or a.k.a sugar sensitive) she can mix with unsweetened soy milk. This has made a big difference for me. I dropped milk a while back and it became apparent that I was holding a little belly fat due to my consumption. I immediately felt better and stopped feeling bloated. Now, flat, flat, flat.
