Having looked into eating or drinking egg whites there seems to be little benefit to taking either way. I prefer drinking with skim milk as its quicker, i digest it quicker and I like it!1
But , how much is too much , as Im on the run all day I find it hard to eat 6 meals( e.g-tuna ,rice,cottage cheese etc)- so will I still gain by eating 2/3 meals a day and drinking eggwhites/protein & carb drinks the rest of the day.as much as humanly poss. if needed?
