Shakes/egg whites

Having looked into eating or drinking egg whites there seems to be little benefit to taking either way. I prefer drinking with skim milk as its quicker, i digest it quicker and I like it!1

But , how much is too much , as Im on the run all day I find it hard to eat 6 meals( e.g-tuna ,rice,cottage cheese etc)- so will I still gain by eating 2/3 meals a day and drinking eggwhites/protein & carb drinks the rest of the day.as much as humanly poss. if needed?

Anyone know the answer??
 
what about all the cholesterol in the yolk? Or does the yolk contain the good cholesterol?

Also, Ive been tempted to crack a few eggs in my shake but ive read a post here a while back where everyone who posted said DO NOT drink them raw due to potential food poisoning risks.

How many god damn cases of salmonella have you heard of on a first hand basis that involved eggs and not spoiled chicken?

Not many. I've never heard a first hand report or even know of anyone anywhere who ever got salmonella poisoning from raw eggs.

(Now, I'm sure you can, I've just never ever heard of it.)

Eggs are a valuable addition to protein shakes.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - the danger is grossly exaggerated.
 
Yeah thats what I have, those eggs in a box are great, every now and then I'll chuck a yolk in.

My question is not if its safe, cos It is ,but on a nutritional and growth angle could you get your whole intake of protein from egg whites -e.g 6 times a day or is tuna ,chick,fish etc still a neccesity
