I'm doubtful on the clen alone getting you into the mid-single digit BF %'s. I'd use Clen + T3. For that matter I'd use and ECA and T3, clen gives me headaches.

It got that bad BECAUSE you were only doing cardio. You lost lean mass and that drives up your % bodyfat.
