Ive just done the monday session of my 6th week SF 5 x 5, unfortunately on my bench i only managed 3 reps of my last set, this is the first time ive missed reps and im unsure what to do. do i continue the weeks bench pressing as planned (increasing for the 3 reps on fri) then repeat it next week or do i repeat the monday workout on fri? confused please help
