So about 2 months ago between a combination (I presume) of working towards 200 pushups a day, and sleeping wrong one night... my shoulder is killing me... I have to grab my right wrist with my left hand and move my arm to the position I want it at to avoid a sharp pain which sends me doubling over sideways.
If I slowly rotate it about it loosens it up and I'm good for 10-15 minutes, but if it's not in use then bam right back. I wake up multiple times throughout the night from it moving and jerking me out of sleep with the sharp pain, throughout the day, etc...I've abandoned all weight training that involves the use of my arm as never know what position is going to make the arm go useless on me.
Any recover suggestions?
