HOw many sets are you doing per one body part?
I'm doing for small muscle BIC and TRI and CAlv 6 sets {2 exercisex3} 10-12rep
SCHOULD. and CHEST and BACK 9 sets
LEGS 12 sets

what do you think is it enough? I workout 3day/week and 2x spinning class.
My goal is loss fat and more tone.
 
It is probably fine. Hard to say, as you did not give exercise choices. Make sure intensity is high enough.

Fat loss is going to be diet related.
