Just wanted to get some idea of what others do for set ranges. For me it is as follows:

Big Body parts (Back,Chest,Quads) - 10sets (11 sometimes for quads and/or back)

Smaller Body parts (Bis,Tris,Calfs,Hamstr.,Shoulders) 6-8 sets (more on the "8" set side for hammies/calf)

As for rep range 8-12 reps depending on bodypart and energy levels.

What does the board think...
 
Ive made the bulk of my gains on this set and rep range:

Small bodyparts(delts,biceps,triceps,chest): Minimum of 12 sets

Large bodyparts(back and legs): Minimum of 15 sets

Other bodyparts (forearms,traps,abs,rear delts): Minimum of 3-4 sets

All reps between 12-15. These days I mix it up alot, but that routine is what I gained most of my size on.
