Just wanted to get some idea of what others do for set ranges. For me it is as follows:
Big Body parts (Back,Chest,Quads) - 10sets (11 sometimes for quads and/or back)
Smaller Body parts (Bis,Tris,Calfs,Hamstr.,Shoulders) 6-8 sets (more on the "8" set side for hammies/calf)
As for rep range 8-12 reps depending on bodypart and energy levels.
What does the board think...
