Does Sesamax "compete" with CLA in any way? Can I take both or should I drop the CLA? I read once that CLA competes with all other EFA's when ingestred simultaneously?!!? Any truth there?

you can take both


Sesamin/episesamin are not EFA's, they are lignans, though CLA may cause uptake issues with other omega 6 fatty acids.

Hey macro,
Its been suggested to me that I do dhea , pregnenolone on an empty stomach...
Then again I've had 3 endocronologists tell me dhea (dhea-s) is a waste of time due to metabolic pathway of dhea can take you in a million directions.

In my case , intake of the 2 legal hormones causes me to break out (which leads me to believe they are being converted to testosterone)

Sesamax has completely eliminated the acne , so I don't know if the dhea , preg is taking another route through the metabolism process or is still going the testosterone direction and sesamax is stopping the acne...

maybe good information , but I'm not all that schooled in metabolic pathways so I need to do some research myself
