SesaPURE (formerly Sesamax) by Scotts Finest and its impact on Acne

Sesamin has potent anti-inflammatory and plasma Vitamin E raising effects. There have been a decent # of anecdotal reports of sesamin/episesamin lignan users regarding this.

Any feedback from sesamax users on this would be greatly appreciated.

I'll be more aware for that now. I wish it had the side effect of making me able to fly or something like that. That would be wonderful.

Does Sesamax "compete" with CLA in any way? Can I take both or should I drop the CLA? I read once that CLA competes with all other EFA's when ingestred simultaneously?!!? Any truth there?

well, I'm not sure how much Sesamax has to do with it, but I've just about finished my first bottle (second on the way!)... also been taking Glucorell R... normally have issues with acne on my shoulders and back when "on", especially in the few months following.... before Sesamax, I was only using Neutrogena body wash & scrub.... it helped to an extent in keeping the skin "dryer" from breakouts but definitely didn't prevent them.... I have to say that in the past 2 weeks, I've had few to no breakouts....coincidence? maybe not!

I usually get acne when off. I am clear when on.
