Seriously problem: Chest muscle spasms

The right side of my chest is beating. Its like a heart beat and it gets doing it. I can see it beating through my cloths. What is up its been doing this for 2 days? It cant be my heart my heart is on the left side. I need serious help could this be an atery or something?
 
This happens to me sometimes up to 3 days after a good hard chest workout. I bet you just worked chest two days before or so and this should be whats causing it. Im no doc so i youre really worried just go get it checked out but i dont think you have anything to worry about especially how the exact same shit happens to me.:)
 
Thats simple, its called the apical impulse. I use to find the tip of the heart when Im doing ultrasound on the heart. For background, the heart is shaped like a football cut in half. The tip (apex) of the football points down and to the left and hits the left rib cage. If youre thin, then it looks like something out of the alien movie wanting to get out of your chest. Its the heart not an artery and if your blood pressure is fine, then theres nothing to worry about. I see it all the time.

I just noticed that you said its on your right side. Could be that your heart is pointing to the right side. Some peoples do this or it could be your liver pulsating. Either way, most likely nothing unless you get swollen limbs or real bad shortness of breath. Check you bp and dont worry about it, should go away.

Yo bro as my moms would say its "growing pains" nothing to sweat. Especially if its the right side of your chest.

Let me guess.. its like... you look down and your muscle just flex's by itself through a nastyl little impulse type jerk .. right ??

Use to happen to me all the time when I made good gains. Just a muslcle twitch type thing.

OH

If your getting alot of soreness the next day after chest workouts thats another clue. DOMS (delayed onset muscle syndrome I belivieve) is what that soreness is.

DO MORE STRETCHING.. 30 secs 3X a side.. good chest stretches.
