Hi all. Late last night I had a leg workout. On my second set of squats on the first rep as I was coming up something tweaked and I jutted forward (head forward, hips back). I was about halfway up and dealing with a weight that I could easily do 10-12 reps. I just barely managed to re-rack the weight, but my back is screwed up big time now.
There is a noticeable shift in my body. My hips are shifted to the right and it is very very obvious. If I stand on my right foot there is a sharp pain in my lower back, so basically all the pressure is on my left foot now. Laying down is very difficult, so is sitting.
In a couple hours I will be seeing a doctor, but has anyone ever experienced a noticeable shift in their body (at the hips)??
Thanks for all your help.
